JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. To initiate research & development efforts in create new product include formulation and market survey.
2. Sourcing and selection of ingredients and try-run product in lab-scale and production scale.
3. To carry out R&D projects such as sample preparation, product costing and product sensory.
4. To prepare related documents for Halal registration.
5. To conduct and monitor the preparation of sample and to determine the process specifications in the lab.
6. Drive food sensory testing, to determine approval products.
7. Documentation update likes product and raw materials specification, formulation and process control form.
8. To improve and revise existing product formulations and process, if necessary, to optimize productivity and cost.
9. Calculate and try-run product to ensure obtain the most competitive cost and good quality product.
10. To provide relevant technical support and expertise regarding product, process, ingredients, or food regulations as appropriate.
11ยท Drive innovation in process, ingredients, or products to continually search for cost saving opportunities, new technologies, that contribute to the overall strategy of the business.
12. Works collaboratively with QA and Production departments to assure product quality and efficiency.
