JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Supervise the verification of quantities received by customers against those delivered on Delivery Orders (DO).
2. Ensure all account documents given to lorry drivers are returned to the store with proper stamps and signatures.
3. Timely update daily incoming stock quantities into the system, overseeing the team's accuracy and efficiency.
4. Lead the preparation of invoices and delivery orders for outlets, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
5. Monitor emails, respond to and act on their contents promptly, delegating tasks as necessary.
6. Oversee the proper filing and maintenance of all supporting documents, ensuring accessibility and organization.
7. Collaborate with superiors to execute additional duties and responsibilities, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the team
