KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist on all matters pertaining to the overall food development process.
- Responsible for office administration and preparing a proper filling of all operations related documents.
- Assist in updating Costing & Product Analysis.
- To write product feedback form and ensure to convey the info to the related department
- To perform initial product/ingredient sourcing and communicate with suppliers for specifications needed.
- Liaise with related departments regarding Food Development matters.

- To assist in coordinating the New Product Management Committee (NPMC) and ensure the session runs smoothly - NPMC Coordination
- Organize Sensory Evaluation Sessions according to process flow when required – Sensory Evaluation Result These include preparing new product tasting for Internal Testing / Top Management.
- Able to work independently, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Drive Applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc
